Eggless Chocolate Cake
INGREDIENTS:
200 gms Maida ( refined flour)
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Sodium bicarbonate
1 cup curd
50 gms Suji (semolina)
100 gms butter
200 gms powdered Sugar
50 gms Condensed Milk
3 tbsp Coco powder
1 cup Milk
METHOD:
Seive maida and baking powder, soda and coco powder.
Mix well curd with suji and keep aside for 10 min.
Beat butter, sugar and condensed milk.
Add suji and curd mixture.
Add maida, baking powder, soda and coco powder.
Add milk to make fine paste.
Bake in a greased tin at 180c for 55 min or microwave for 7 min on high.
