Pan cake

Ingredients:-

1. Flour - 100gm
2. Milk - 100ml
3. Egg - 1 piece
4. Ghee - to fry
5. Salt and honey - according to taste

Process:-

1. Mix salt and flour together.
2. Make a batter of milk and egg.
3. Add the flour into the mixture and make a smooth batter.
4. Pour one spoon ghee into the pan and heat it.
5. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it like an omlet.
6. Fry both side.
7. Fold it.
8. Spread honey on it and serve.

    I guess ghee is clarified butter, right?
